HOA Association

Holly Grove Estates is managed by a dedicated Homeowners Association (HOA) led by a seven-member board elected by the community. The HOA oversees a variety of essential services and responsibilities that help maintain the neighborhood’s quality of life, including the upkeep of private roadways, enforcement of community covenants, and coordination of improvements and amenities. In addition to maintaining common areas and ensuring neighborhood standards, the HOA also supports resident engagement through initiatives like the Welcoming Committee, which helps new homeowners feel right at home. Architectural Information

Holly Grove Estates has an Architectural Committee in place to help preserve the integrity, appearance, and value of our neighborhood. This committee is responsible for reviewing and approving all exterior building projects, including new construction, additions, fences, and other structural or aesthetic changes. All proposed work must comply with the community’s Architectural Guidelines and Covenants, ensuring that any improvements align with the overall character of Holly Grove. Homeowners are required to submit plans for approval prior to beginning any work, and the committee is available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the process.

Boat Dock & Resources

Holly Grove Estates offers a private boat ramp exclusively for residents and their guests, providing convenient access to Lake Gaston for boating, fishing, and water recreation. Located at the end of Lakeview Drive, the ramp is secured with a locked gate to ensure only authorized users can enter. Residents will need a key or access code to use the facility, and all users are expected to follow posted rules to maintain safety and preserve the area. Whether you’re launching a boat for a day on the water or welcoming guests for a lakeside outing, the boat ramp is a valued amenity that enhances the lakefront lifestyle at Holly Grove.
